I have to make a choice!
pls help me choose which one i should take?
Accenture - International IT company… will work as associate software engineer. career-wise daw kc sa kurso ko tlga… but staying in manila with pay 16k per month… no problem with benefits…
problem: high cost of living, i cannot imagine the scope of my work (like saying the job is very hard..lol) and i cannot send money back here in cdo for contribution with my family.
Convergys - One of the best Call Centers in Cebu… will work as an agent (technical). much more pay or likely 16k but with a better cost of living than manila… no problem with benefits… i can send money back home for contribution…
problem: career-wise? uhm… maybe…. , working graveyard shift, and the pressure in handling calls.

better to take Convergys (Cebu),, as u compared the two,, obviously much greater benefits u can get. Being stress and being pressure are part of works at all tyms, never jud na mawala.besides,cebu is nearer than manila..and pareho ra pajud sila ug earnings as a result of hard works..but only differnce lng nla is if sa manila ka dle ka send money at homes while cebu.ok kau..perfect!

Dacs,….this is my advice to you….bata pa ka…take the challenge in life…If I am in your shoes…didto ko sa associate software engineer…ngano???you will get more challenges in being a software engineer…dili ni tanto na sayon na trabaho..pero once you succeed it..you will also get more opportunities to a better career and better career means more salary…I tell you IT world is really tough but if you survive the challenges, you will see the fruits you bear…And its not for the money but its also for the things you like to do best in your skills…kita man cguro ka job search na website na gihatag nako..check the salary bases…diba makurat gyud ka…software engineer earns…4-8 Million Yen a year…it makes..1.6-3.5 Million pesos a year…check it out!
